Mocha Java is perhaps the world's first coffee blend! Full bodied with a balanced acidity and a terrific aroma. With dueling notes of chocolate and fruit, this rich and bold Java is perfect for coffee lovers looking for a quality and timeless brew. We use Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Sumatra to create our Mocha Java. Ethiopian coffee is characterized by a light to medium body with a higher acidity. Sumatra on the other hand is characterized by a full body and low acidity. From chocolate to blueberries and spicy honey, Mocha Java is a very complex must try coffee!
