Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. We ship almost exclusively USPS. Some larger packages will be shipped with UPS. Cook's Corner can not be held liable for lost, stolen, misdirected or otherwise undelivered parcels. All packages are shipped with standard shipping insurance. All shipping claims must be made with the shipping carrier that is handling your delivery. Please double check your shipping address prior to completing the checkout process. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address when you checkout and pay for your items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use your tracking number to monitor your packages shipping progress. Typically we ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. If we are out of an item that you have ordered, we will call you with options to either hold your shipment or refund the price of the missing item and the items individual shipping charge. During the winter Holiday Season, our shipping times vary. The post office has also increased handling time during this time period. If you need a specific shipping time confirmation, please call ahead of placing your order, and we will do our best to pinpoint a shipping window for your order.
