Refund policy
Food products are not returnable. But, your complete satisfaction is our main priority. If there is a problem with a food item, please let us know what the issue is and we will make it right! We stand behind all of the items that we sell, and in rare cases we will request that a food item be returned for examination so that we may determine exactly what the issue was caused by.
General merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date. Item(s) must be returned in new condition in the original unopened factory packaging. A refund, minus any shipping charges to the original payment method will be issued 3-5 days after we receive the item(s), pending review. Please contact support@cookscornercoffee.com for a return authorization before shipping any items to our facility.
