Mexican Chiapas Altura

Our Mexican Chiapas is an Altura coffee. Altura means "heights" It is grown in the high altitudes of Veracruz State in the Coatepec coffee growing region. This high altitude forces slower growing conditions, which in turn creates a harder more dense coffee bean. Delicate acidity and light body, this coffee displays a very pleasing brightness that has nutty and chocolatey undertones. Mexican Altura is a very special coffee that deserves a spot in any coffee lovers kitchen!
